CANADA & USA FREE SHIPPING:
We pay the shipping fees when you spend 75+ CAD in our store.
Flat shipping rate for orders < 75 CAD= 15 CAD
All orders are shipped using Canadian carriers (ex. Canada Post, UPS, Purolator etc) via regular mail (i.e without a tracking number).
Eligible countries for free shipping (75+ CAD)= Canada & USA.
INTERNATIONAL FREE SHIPPING:
We pay the shipping fees when you spend 150+ CAD in our store.
Flat shipping rate for orders 150- CAD= 25 CAD
All orders are shipped using Canadian carriers (ex. Canada Post, UPS, Purolator etc) with a tracking number.
Import duties, taxes, and charges required to release your order from customs upon arrival in your country are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded or reimbursed by IdentityX.
Orders cannot be declared as a gift as it is illegal to do so in Canada. Be mindful of these charges before placing your order as these fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
No return can be processed because of duty, taxes and import fees.
